Job description
In this position you are the first line contact point for our clients for ICT support problems. You remotely solve questions and incidents and carry out preventive checks on the systems of our customers.

The following knowledge areas apply for this function:
• Knowledge of Windows server, Exchange and other backofifce products from Microsoft
• Knowledge of Windows 8 and 10 and the Office portfolio (including O365);
• Knowledge of the organizational and technical configuration of workstations and associated peripherals;
• Experience with Autotask and Centrastage is an advantage

Job requirements
• Completed MBO training network management level 4;
• It is a start-up function, but it has demonstrable experience in various internships;
• To be able to maintain good and clear customer contact;
• Flexible and accurate;
• Good communication and contact properties;
•Being able to work independently;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both in word and in writing;
